Work the lighting board

Check tickets, help people find seats, ensure that the people sitting in the reserved areas are supposed to be there, make sure people aren't taking pictures during the show.

Requires experience

Move props and costumes on and off the stage.  Experience helpful but not necessary; ability to be at rehearsal in the afternoon is very helpful.

Manage the followspot.  Experience helpful but not necessary.  Ablity to be at the rehearsal in the afternoon helpful but not necessary.

Take notes on colors, cues, etc.

Push play on cue.  Helpful to be at rehearsal in the afternoon.

Dance before and after the show.

Main event dancers and choreographer will get together with all costumes and shoes and review the number.

This is our chance to do blocking and make sure everyone understands where to move in the space.

Judge the Main Event.  Hand out trophies.  Have a good time.

Pose for the Photo Safari.  If you already have a Whole Shebang, you don't need a ticket for this, you can just volunteer.  Otherwise, model or photographer opportunites can be purchased individually.
